An overview of our services are;

The Cree Centre - We provide centre and community based opportunities for adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disability.

Fairview Farm - residential home which was an old farmhouse set in large gardens

Gateway - Anyone who is 18 years of age or older can take part in the Gateway Award. There is no upper age limit. A range of activities at the Cree Centre on Thursday's, 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

The Cree Centre

The Cree Centre is a purpose-built day centre offering personalised support to enable adults with profound and multiple disabilities to participate in a wide range of physical and creative activities.

Professional, qualified and caring staff will support you to access opportunities within the Centre and the local community. Nothing is too much trouble.

We know that to get the most out of your life you need to feel as fit and healthy as possible. Our team are on hand to support you with your health needs allowing you to get on enjoying your activities.

We provide the highest quality service for the individuals that attend the centre by ensuring all emotional, physical and health needs are met.  We aim to improve the quality of life for everyone attending the day centre and our dedicated staff team will always ensure a fun, supportive and inclusive service is provided.      
We have a daily activity time table with lots of fun activities tailored to suit the individuals attending the centre.  Arts and crafts, discos, pamper sessions, music and movement, baking; sensory activities and games are some of our weekly planned activities.  We also offer trips out in the community and have enjoyed many trips to places such as zoos, farms, walks, meals out, swimming and shopping.

Tuesday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Wednesday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Thursday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm

Open weekdays except Bank Holidays, August Bank Holiday week and the Christmas period

Fairview Farm

Fairview Farm is an old farmhouse in large gardens. Support is provided across two separate buildings. Everyone has their own support plan and are helped to choose how they spend their time. A busy social life is very important to people who live at Fairview Farm.

Fairview Farm is registered with the Care Quality Commission and adheres to the fundamental standards of quality and safety to comply with the Health and Social Care Act 2008. We have been awarded 5 stars by South Kesteven District Council and we work within a framework agreement with Lincolnshire County Council.
We support people to have happy lives by having:
Helpful staff who have keyworking responsibilities , A choice of where to live and socialise, Personal Bedrooms, Good Food, Fun Activities, Holidays.
We offer short breaks to adults with a learning disability. For an informal chat please contact the manager, details below!
