Helping people get the most out of their life

Our Values

We are inclusive; the people we support are at the heart and the purpose of everything we do.

We offer choice and opportunity to the people we support with regard to the things they do and who they do it with being involved in decisions affecting their life.

We respect and treat the people we support with dignity as individuals
• To have their thoughts, fears and wishes listened to and not dismissed.
• For what they can do and the contribution they make.

We are trustworthy - we wont make promises we can't keep.

We are caring; we treat everyone with respect and kindness.

We are challenging; when we see things that aren't fair we will seek real change.

We are positive and never stop
• Of believing in a better future.
• Of celebrating what we are proud of now.
